Intact Education, Training and Development specific niche market is both the unemployed youth and unemployed women in our country. We will ensure that we fully participate in the implementation of learnerships and skills programmes by so doing we’re helping to a certain extent with the enablement of South African Educational Sectors to achieve their annual performance targets as contemplated by the minister of high education, Dr Blade Mzimande.
We therefore join hands in partnership with SETA (Sector Education & Training Authority) specific we’re currently partnered with ETDP SETA our next extension is Service SETA, MICT SETA, HW SETA and QCTO to achieve their mandated objectives.
We provide high quality service, aggressive advertising help us to gain high market share. We are flexible in the treatment of our business clients. Every training program is designed and customised to meet the needs of our business clients. We offer our clients personal attention and keep our promises according to the contract/s. Our weaknesses are that 1st we are not yet known by many organisations, on the other hand our competitors are known worldwide. 2nd We currently do not own training facility but we do off-site trainings. We are currently countering this challenge by building credibility and integrity with our current base business clients so that they can recommend us to their business . We are still a small business but establishing branches around the country as our customers continue to recommend us.
